Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Botexo collects on botexo.app, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is the private individual who operates Botexo (the founder). Contact for any privacy request: hello@botexo.app.
2. What we collect

We do not collect exchange API keys, passwords or payment details on this website. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the website sets no cookies.
3. Legal basis
- Your request (contract and consent). When you submit the form, we use your contact to handle that request. You can withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interest. Spam protection and understanding which channels work.
4. Who processes the data for us
- Supabase: database hosting, data stored in the United Kingdom (London region).
- Oracle Cloud: the server that runs the website and Genesis Bot.
- Brevo: sends our emails, including the confirmation you get after submitting the form with an email address.
- Telegram: when a new request arrives, the founders get a notification with the contact and request type.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads the website fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; they use standard safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your request until you ask us to delete it, or for up to 24 months after Botexo’s public launch if you do not become a user, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, we keep the data needed to provide the service while your account is active.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it, which also releases your Alpha Pass reservation;
- stop contacting you.
Write to hello@botexo.app from the email or Telegram account you used. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Age
Botexo is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If we start collecting new kinds of data, for example when payments or exchange connections launch, we will update this policy before that happens.
